"This booking was a disaster. The garage entry fob did not work. When we arrived to the unlocked room, the linens were hanging and drying at the front door and the patio. The electrical box in the apartment was opened, and a sharp metal strip wasdangling from the bedroom wall. We requested a room for four people and two beds. We were on the 2nd floor and there are no elevators in the hotel so dragging the suitcases up and down the stairs was challenging.
