We had an excellent family stay, we've stayed at several hotels in the downtown Toronto and RIU Plaza has been our best experience so far. The staff are amazing, very friendly and accommodating. Calls for maintenance (blocked shower drain) and extra pillows etc were answered and remedied in minutes. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options, dinning staff were very attentive, efficient and friendly. There was always a smile greeting you at the door or sending you on your way. Check in and out were a breeze. Rooms were very clean, beds comfortable, had a surpise view of the CN tower which you were able to see laying in bed. I will be staying here again.
