Port Colborne Visitor Information Centre

The staff are helpful and I thought the variety of the breakfast bar was great compared to other hotels I’ve visited. I found the indoor pool very cold so they should regulate the temperature better. The room bedroom sheets were clean but the bedding top sheets were stained so I don’t feel they are regularly washed. I also felt they should deep clean the rooms as I could see stains on the couch cushions and washroom seams of the shower. Our sofa bed was missing the mattress oddly but they quickly brought us one to use and were very apologetic. I’m not sure if I would stay here again but I like the Marriot chain and have stayed at other locations. I would still stay at other Marriots.

Good location, old property but well maintained and kept up to date, cordial & accommodating staff ... Good breakfast 😋
