Parking was difficult with automation. Difficult getting out. Need a gate person. Gate automated bar almost hit my hood. Valets were on their phones not helpful. Would consider not staying thete until they fix it. A five star hotel needs 5 star personnel. Not more automation

"The room we were given at check in was an ADA room. Therefore, there was nowhere to hang my dresses. The room was dark and depressing and faced other rooms so I w couldn’t leave the drapes open (bad setup!) The front staff and valets were kind."
