The NEWLY DECORATED 3 bedroom 2.5 bath unit also has high ceilings, open floor plan and several private balconies with direct views of both the Gulf of Mexico , Englewood Beach, and Lemon Bay. Prime location in the hub of Manasota Key directly across the street from the beach where there is a park and full length boardwalk from one end to the other. The park boasts a new pirate theme children's playground, basketball court, and beach volley ball courts. You will really enjoy how convenient it is to just walk to the many casual restaurants and Tiki Bars on the island. Sunrise Pointe property includes : heated pool , hot tub, picnic tables and Weber gas grills poolside. There is also a NEW (Video monitored 24-7) MAINTENANCE FREE LARGE DOCK with Great Fishing for you and the kids. We just installed large Kayak Rack next to the dock too for your enjoyment. BRING YOUR KAYAK, or PADDLEBOARD’S. The Condo unit is nicely decorated with high end furnishings throughout. Huge Master suite with king size bed, office area with large mahogany desk , custom walk in closet, 70 inch flat screen TV with surround sound and private balcony. Master Bath is amazing and has all you could ask for in a space. The second bedroom has a new queen size bedroom set and provides a direct gulf view from the bed that will be appreciated. The third bedroom has another queen bedroom set, 65 inch TV, custom walk in closet, balcony overlooking pool/bay and full private bathroom and walk in shower. The gourmet kitchen claims stainless steel appliances, beautiful granite counter tops, island, breakfast bar, and adjoining dining room with seating for eight. The kitchen also has another large private balcony with outside dining table grill and views of Lemon Bay/Gulf and breezes for miles. The Large family room has an open floor plan with Direct Gulf Views and another balcony with seating to enjoy the gulf breezes and sunsets, 70 inch TV with full TV and High Speed Wi Fi, and even has a great table for card games. This unit is an end unit with 28 windows on three sides and no shared walls so lots of light comes into the space. High 10 foot trey ceilings , crown moldings, full size washer and dryer, 15 inch diagonal tile are just some of the features you will want to come back to soon. Great location and condo

Loved our stay in the condo. It is right across from the beach and there are restaurants within walking distance. Loved the view and all the amenities in the condo. Easy communication the entire trip.

Fabulous location and great views!

We had a wonderful time in this fantastic condo. It was close to everything and the views were amazing! It had all the amenities we needed and the people in the building were so nice! I highly recommend this property!

Great Place on Manasota

Great location

We had a very good time at the property. It was very clean and up to date and the beach was a quick walk across the street. I enjoyed using the shark tooth sifters to look for teeth so that was very convenient as well. Going to the grocery store was very convenient as there were multiple within a few minute drive off the island.

Relaxing Get Away

We had an awesome week in Manasota Key. The condo was beautiful, great location and owner very responsive. Several restaurants in walking distance. This was our sixth year and it never disappoints! See you next year!

Lovely condo with great views

The condo is lovely and spacious. It is decorated very nicely and is very comfortable. The view of the Gulf is perfect for sunsets! The short walk to the beach is easy to do and the beach is beautiful. Mike was easy to work with and resolved any issues we had.

Great Condo. Awesome location. You're on the beach in two minutes

Condo is super spacious. Great tile work throughout. Communication with Mike was easy and he checked in with me upon arrival to make sure everything was perfect. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need and if you're not into cooking you can walk to three restaurants in just a few minutes. The garage is nice and navigating the property is easy. The elevator acted up a few times but I made Mike aware and am sure that it will be sorted out soon. Highly recommend this condo and the area.

Great location

We have stayed in the area before and this property is the best yet. Location is a key word in real estate and Sunrise Pointe is in a great location. From the beach across the street to the restaurants within walking distance, to other amenities like stores and boat rentals nearby. We experienced awesome sunsets from the convenience our own balcony! Speaking of balconies there are 4 of them which allowed for various perspectives of the pleasant surroundings. The interior is spacious, well appointed and comfortable. The only negative is the roof repair work that was noisy at times. We recognize this was a unique situation beyond the control of the owner. Speaking of the owner we have nothing but good things to say about Mike. He was totally responsive and timely in addressing our needs. In fact he went out of his way to address a situation with medications that we failed to bring with us. In order to get them we needed them mailed and were unsure we would receive them in a timely manner at the condominium. Mike was asked to have them mailed to his home address for us to pick up there. He graciously agreed to receive them and even went so far as to deliver them to us! This was above the call of duty. Additionally he provided a Kurig coffee machine upon our request! We probably forgot to mention some other things but you get the point. We look forward to future stays there.

Beautiful 3rd Floor condo with awesome views of the Gulf. Condo is very spacious and equipped with everything you need for the perfect vacation. Having the garage to store our beach equipment and rafts was so convenient. We had the pool to ourselves all 10 days of our stay. Have stayed at several condos on Manasota Key and we all agreed this was our favorite. Walking distance to all the restaurants and bars and even a closer walk to the beach.

Great Stay!

This beach condo will make you feel right at home! There is everything you need from beach towels to beach toys, a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The beach is just a short walk and is beautiful. You won’t regret booking this beautiful condo to rest and relax!

Great location. Everything needed for beach and meal prep was available at condo.

We enjoyed our stay. Great space for three adult couples. Within walking distance to many restaurants and a short drive to other options and shopping. Beach was out the driveway and across the road.

Awesome Family Vacation Condo

Great Condo. Close to beach and plenty of room for the whole family. We loved the multiple decks with views of the Gulf. It was also great to have your own oversized garage. Right across the street from beach access and close to some great restaurants.

Ideal vacation on Manasota Key!

We loved our stay on Manasota Key! The condo was super clean and delightfully decorated. It’s furnished with everything you could ever need and more, including a fabulous fully applianced kitchen. The location was the best... just steps to gorgeous Englewood Beach and several restaurants. Mike was a pleasure to work with and we cannot wait to return. Beautiful

The condo was exactly as the pictures presented. The views were amazing. Mike was a very generous and gracious landlord. We will definitely return again. We all enjoyed our stay and location. Maybe next year we will tackle the beach yoga.

Enjoyable Vacation

This condo is beautiful and there is plenty of room for a family of five. It was supplied with everything we needed. The owner is extremely nice and easy to reach when I had questions. The beach is just a few steps away and pool time was very relaxing. There are several very good restaurants within walking distance and many others that are only a short drive. Also, I felt very secure the days and nights I was there alone.

Beach Paradise!

This was the greatest vacation spot! The old saying "location, location, location" applies here. The condo is absolutely gorgeous, well-furnished, and conveniently located to great restaurants. The beach is just across the street, and Mike furnished a nice beach cart and chairs for use. The City of Englewood is close, and it only takes a few minutes to hit the grocery store, CVS or Walgreens.

Wonderful Vacation Stay

We loved this condo and had a great trip for a family of 6. It's well-appointed and the location could not be better. We used the beach carts and walked over to the beach each day. We also visited other beaches/state parks and enjoyed those too. The kids (1 12-yr old, 3 teens) liked it too, everyone was happy. Great place to stay, clean and comfortable. Loved having a garage too, made things easy. Great communication with owner, he's very responsive.

Christmas in Manasota Key

This condo definitely exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for a place in Manasota Key, you can’t go wrong here! The location is great (a few minutes walk to the restaurants or beach), it’s clean, super well stocked (We made an entire Christmas dinner with no problems.), very spacious so everyone is comfortable...the list goes on. Mike was very quick to respond to any questions, which we appreciated. The check in/check out was a breeze as well. Don’t hesitate to stay if you get the chance!
