Great location with a few really good restaurants near by. Stephanie was super helpful. If I could make one tiny suggestion for the owners, there are only two wagons for hauling your chairs/coolers/umbrella and such to the beach. Guests tend to hide them in their rooms overnight to make sure they have one the next day. Adding a couple would be nice. Not super important, just convenience. The unit was clean and had an updated beachy decor. The property manager was helpful and friendly.. That being said, the property was not worth the price. The bed was uncomfortable. We could not get the TV to work properly. The toilet was so small that it seemed like it was made for a toddler. The walls were paper thin. We respectfully would not go back. Our primary focus was to see an ailing relative and we were just happy to land a place during the busy spring break break season . If our purpose was solely a romantic weekend for two, we would have been really disappointed!! ##### charles m. All you need to bring are your clothes and food everything else is supplied by the host. Even beach chairs and beach towels! Property was very clean and beautifully decorated. The walk to the private beach was just across the street through an easement. We also used the grill for steaks and it was full of propane and very clean! The stay was perfectly located right across from the beach. It’s very quaint and private and a perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of the everyday life. The units are decorated in a very beachy and fun way and are recently renovated. The unit was very clean and has everything we needed for a week at the beach including new beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella. We would definitely stay here again! ##### Harry K.
