Nice size room with kitchenette and 2 queens. Felt spacious. Floor was dirty and needed cleaning badly. Average overall condition. A renovation would help.

They threw a disabled army vet out onto the streets because he bleed on the sheets. Whats even better is they let him pay for another night and 15 minutes later told him to leave so now he has to wait 7-10 days for his money to be back in his bank. Dont recommend this place at all

I’m in a wheelchair from a car accident where I was hit by a drunk driver and broke multiple bones including my pelvis, I have a blatter condition and also it’s very hard for me to use the restroom because I’m missing a leg and have metal throughout my body. I had an accident on the bed and urinated, I told the housekeeper. She thanked me for letting her know and said no worries however the hotel called me to inform me I would be charged $200 total for my security deposit and the mattress. When I explained I’ve never had this issue ever before they told me it was concerning that I thought this type of behavior was ok (meaning having accidents which I can’t control) and when I explained my disability they told me there’s nothing they could do for me so I asked to speak to the owner or an HR and they refused to give me any type of contact. My receptionists name was Lana. It really hurt my feelings because it’s hard enough to pee a bed let alone go to the employees and be honest about it so when I took all the correct steps to be respectful and let them know I peed, to be charged $200 when I already only make 1200 a month from disability ruined my vacation for me. I could barely afford it in the first place. We even offered to come clean the mattress and they insisted there was puke on it. My friend called to ask what was going on and they told her I admitted to having a puking disorder… which I never said. I peed a little and I didn’t mean to. I literally can’t help it.

The bedding was first rate. Pillows, mattress, all great. New clean laminate floors. Wood furniture with scratches but I was told all will be replaced soon. I would stay here again.

The room was nice but the furniture needed cleaned, bed and pillows comfortable. They need to fix some plumbing issues. Took awhile for hot water to get hot, smells like rotten eggs over the bathroom sink, there must be an exhaust pipe that is broke! Breakfast was good and staff nice. Also, my room cost over $100.00 more on Expedia’s vs other avenues. My brother stayed also and his room rate was cheaper!

Worst place I have ever been in! Bed was so low it would have been impossible for me to get out of! More like a cot on the floor than a bed. Furniture was old, beat up. I didn’t stay long enough to look at the bathroom. I could only imagine the bugs that would come out at night! I didn’t even unpack or sit down anywhere, went back and got a refund and went somewhere else! I would never stay in one of these hotels again, save your money and go somewhere else!! Nasty place, I took a shower when I got to the holiday inn because I felt dirty just being in there!!

Clean room, but a little dated. Tiles at the bottom of the wall next to shower wall were loose and propped up. This is the only room i have stayed un with NO artwork on the walls. Is the hotel under renovation? I don't think so. Slow elevators. No channel guide for the tv, but I was informed they have one at the front desk but not in the rooms. Weird. Overall, it's a clean place to sleep.

This hotel has a decent location and friendly staff, but that's about all it has going for it. Our room smelled musty, the AC didn't work all too well, and the bathroom had black mold around the tub. The entire hotel smelled musty. The breakfast tables were sticky all over, and we used them for our dinner, so well after the breakfast rush. The hall upstairs did seem freshly painted, so perhaps they're working on it. I wouldn't personally stay here again.
