The Villa's are only 1 block to the Gulf and walking distance to the local restaurants and shopping. We have 2 Villas that can be rented individually or as a group. There is a share washer and dryer plus an ice machine for your use. "Villa Janet" and "Villa Jack" are 1 bedrooms w/pull-out couch (they both have king beds) and 1 bath (sleeps 4). Each unit has its own private entrance and a shared area in the back with outdoor furniture and grill. We also have for your enjoyment: Bikes, kayaks and paddle boards. The beds are very comfortable and the beach is right there! 6 restaurants are all within walking distance. The Marina has boat rentals if you so desire. We also have a community golf cart, "Stumpy's" that is free and you can just call and they will pick you up. Thursdays are our weekly farmer's market on Dearborn Street. Many places to enjoy! Hope to see you soon. We also have an outdoor shower for your use. Each unit also has a hose next to it for you to rinse prior to entering your Villa.
