It has a lovely living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms and a shower room. There is also a 650 m² garden! Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises \- A bright 32 m² living room with a BZ sofa bed (sleeps 2), armchairs, coffee table and TV. \- Dining area and fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, Senseo coffee machine, filter coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. \- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190) \- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190) \- Bedroom 3: two single beds (90×190) \- Bathroom with shower \- Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Outside: \- A lovely 650 m² private fenced garden \- A 40 m² south-west-facing terrace, arranged in an L-shape at the rear of the house, with furniture and barbecue to enjoy the fine weather. \- A 28 m² garage with storage space, laundry area (sink, washing machine, tumble dryer) and freezer. Possibility of storing bicycles. The house is ideally located in Denneville Plage, in a peaceful and very pleasant environment. There is a mini-market nearby, as well as a restaurant in season, and generally speaking, all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market in the centre of Portbail, 5 km away, or 2 km away in the centre of Denneville.
