The property was extremely nice. Very clean. All amenities included. We had a great time. Already booked for next year. If you were going to do any upgrades, the only thing I could think of, would be to add some sort of outside area, like a deck or patio. Oh, and one other thing would be to fix the 3 wheel bike. It was blocks from downtown and we could walk to the farmers market and to the beach. The home was very clean and well cared for. The grill, bikes, wagon, and bag chairs were a nice bonus. No central air but there was a room air conditioner in the master that we never used and am unsure if it would have cooled down the upstairs but should be noted if you need central air conditioning.
