Please sweep up/vacuum dog hair and dispose of prior to your departure. There is an additional fee to bring your dog(s). \- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!) \- Garbage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure. \- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage \- Please note: RVs, tents, and campers are not permitted at our homes.
