Our kids loved sleeping in the loft, and we loved the privacy of the downstairs bedroom. Lots of space in the kitchen and family room. We all enjoyed the hot tub, and watching wildlife around the property. Close enough to Sequim and Port Angeles, but feels like you're in a secluded cabin. We would highly recommend the Compass Rose for families looking for a private retreat. ##### Chad C. Stayed at the cabin for a long weekend and enjoyed constant soaking in the hot tub while watching the sunrise in the chilly air. We all slept so well on the comfortable beds and loved the fact that this property is situated on a beautiful piece of land, but is still only minutes from Port Angeles and the park. The hot tub on the back patio is not to be missed. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need to prepare meals & the stereo system provides great music which adds to the ambiance. It boasts of magnificent views of the mountains nearby. They have the best-equipped kitchen!! I thought it needed more clothing and personal item storage.
