This keeps our floors in the best shape. \- Our home is on a septic system so that means only TOILET PAPER can be flushed down the toilet, please no other products. \- If you plan to use any of the extra amenities like the BBQ, Fire Pit, Porch, Yard Etc, Please clean up after yourself, we don't want any littering outside. \- Please be courteous with your noise level, we do have neighbors nearby and want to be respectful. \- If you damage or leave an abnormal mess to clean up, you may be billed for extra cleaning services, we keep our cleaning rates reasonable so please be considerate. \- Please be cautious of fire bans in effect, we are not liable if you get in trouble for burning during a time when you can't. \- NO SMOKING, we have exterior covered areas for that, please put all cigarette buts in the trash can once fully out. \- During the fall and winter months, there is a possibility of power outages. Never thought any place could beat a beautiful oceanside stay but this River’s Edge home did it for us! We could hear the water rushing down the stream, birds singing, and in the mornings a rooster crowing. We loved it. Having the fireplace on the deck and the fire pit near the water was amazing. We used both. Christian provided plenty of firewood! We had enough backyard grassy area to throw the frisbee with our dog. The home’s amenities perfect for us and Christian’s attention to all the little convenience and comfort details were so very appreciated. We definitely will stay again. ##### Karen M.
