Do you love to read? 2 bedrooms with comfy queen beds each with their own window bench reading nooks. This rental is FULL of books and cozy places to enjoy them. This is the back unit of a front/back duplex. Very little noise from the other unit because only the kitchen wall is shared. The Unit has stairs to the two bedrooms and bathroom. Enjoy the yard space with a hammock and fire pit! Located in a great neighborhood central to everything. Walk to the waterfront downtown, restaurants, and grocery stores. Recently remodeled. Immaculate and Vibrant Interior. Comfy and Stylish Furniture and Decor. Thoughtfully Stocked with all you need. Well behaved Dogs are allowed with pre approval, pet fee required. Queen air mattress available upon request. Roku TV and High Speed Internet.
