Areas like windows hadn't been cleaned in a long time but get what you pay for. Ceiling was covered in plaster patching and room obviously had smokers in it at some point. On the other hand, beds were super comfortable and linen was super clean and fresh. Walls are very thin, so couple next door with young child were well known to us at 5am! It suited our purpose well for an overnight stay and wind down before travelling on. The motel is located on the esplanade of Port Albert and within walking distance to everything in the town. Really enjoyed the location, it's an older motel but clean and comfortable.
