Nice location and helpful staff. Nice amenities but some minor issues: steam room door was broken.. causing issues keeping the heat in the room. Also our room AC didn't work well. Room continuously felt warm despite increasing the fan and decreasing the temp.

I found the room dark. The bathroom lighting was horrible - not a great space to apply makeup - and the ‘balcony’ was very closed in. I did not get a mountain view however I didn’t expect to be looking at a parking lot and local fire station. The breakfast area was congested and busy. People were circling for tables to eat I understand the Raven room is closing m; hopefully making more room for breakfast if they keep that amenity.
