The home was well appointed and exactly as listed. Very spacious for multiple groups to have space throughout the home. The elders enjoyed the sun porch daily. There are a few minor housekeeping issues: all mirrors were dirty and in need of a deep cleaning. The upstairs spare shower tub filled as if taking a bath and all the dirt off the shower curtain (we replaced w/ new one) floated in the water. The house is described just like it was advertised. However ! When renting in a community like this you are maybe on vacation or whatever you engagement . You still have to respect the neighbors.
