Basic hotel about 10 mins walk from princes street. Not much around the hotel.

This hotel was so beautiful! The staff and the service was excellent! I highly recommend it and hope I have the opportunity to go back.

This is very nice hotel, conveniently located a couple of blocks from George St and the so-called New Town. Rooms are in top condition, clean, my room had a jacuzzi. Very nice taste in decoration. Only two observations: the volume of water in the shower was really low and variable, as well as the temp (in a moment you passed from a trickle of cool water to a normal flow of very hot water. Also, the bed could have been softer.

5 of us were traveling with large luggage. This property does not have a lift as it's built in 1800s. I thought our room was on the 2nd floor, so not terrible for 1 night. It was not. It was the to floor about 4 fights of stairs. Do not recommend for luggage travelers, but backpackers have at it. The apt was cute built into the roof. We would have enjoyed it more if we weren't out of breath from the journey up the stairs. Also, the addresses on this street don't add up, just look for Osaka restaurant to find it. Thank you for the staff person who helped navigate us and then showed up to help us up the stairs. Really appreciate the early checkin as well.

Spacious, easy check in, well stocked. Area was seedy, fine during the day but unsafe at night.

Reasonable price for clean small room. In a very historic area with the most friendly nice staff ever!
