Cottage "La Ferme" with Lake View, Private Terrace, and Wi-Fi

  • Located in the Thue Valley, the Château de Pierrepont estate covers 10 hectares of greenery, close to the D-Day beaches and the city of Caen. Built in the 18th century, the château was once home to Saint John de Crèvecœur, a Norman by birth and American at heart, French consul in New York and author of the famous "Letters from an American Farmer" (1792), a founding work of American literature. For 35 years, Eric and Patricia have been restoring this heritage and invite you to stay in their independent cottages.



    Enjoy views of the pond and a private terrace. Exclusive to you: hot tub and spa area with steam room. Perfect for family or friends, you have everything needed for a pleasant stay. Bed linen package includes bath and spa towels. Single beds can be joined together.

    Nestled in the heart of the Normandy countryside, close to the D-Day beaches, Château de Pierrepont welcomes you to an exceptional setting. Our historic estate, surrounded by lush gardens and picturesque landscapes, is the perfect escape from everyday life. Our charming cottages, carefully arranged in the authentic outbuildings of the château, combine historic character with modern comfort. Whether you seek romance, a family getaway, or a retreat with friends, Château de Pierrepont will enchant you.
