It’s in a very quiet and tranquil location - great for relaxing. We made friends with the neighbouring farmer so the kids were able to see the baby calves and watch the cows being milked - they even gave us some home grown vegetables. A few things to note: It’s not in Brandivy itself as the listing leads you to believe but a few miles outside so a car is essential even for bread and milk. There is no bath - only a shower which wasn’t a problem for us but might be for those with very young children. You have to pay a 600 deposit on arrival - in either cash or cheque so if you don’t have a cheque book you end up with a lot of euros at the end of your holiday!! Internet wasn’t working for us for the 2 weeks unfortunately so we chewed through a lot of data!"
