Casa Teresa Great house on the Costa da Morte. Ideal for families with child

House built in 1900 and renovated in 2008 has a floor space of 106m2 on each floor. Downstairs is the kitchen with all the tools necessary (dishes, utensils) for 12 people. It also has a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, zumera, toaster, blender. The old fireplace is now a comfortable seating area. There is also the spacious lounge with a satellite TV, DVD, games for children and adults, library with books of all ages, DVD for children and adults. Also on the same floor is a shower room and a room for the plate with washer and dryer.
Upstairs there are 5 bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 double with cot and toilet, 1 twin, 1 with 2 bunk beds and 1 bath). All rooms have tv (except bunk beds), towels (1 per person), clean sheets (1 set per bed and one spare), blankets (1 bed). We have heating throughout the house and wifi.
The property is fully enclosed with 1100m2 of which the majority is lawned area. We have a covered barbecue, a sandbox with swings, a sports court with basketball hoops, a lodge and a network of courts, outdoor pool in an enclosed area accessible only through a locked door (for children ). The pool is closed during the winter. In fourth let the balloons, balls and rackets to play and wood for a barbecue. The house is in a quiet rural area, surrounded by other, so no parties

Great house for activities
The house is great for a gang, we played lots of basketball games, tennis and used the pool which was great fun. The kitchen is well equipped, there is plenty of hot water for everyone and the wifi is good. It is a short walk (20minutes) to the local village and there are some nice bars where you can get drinks and food. You will need a car while staying here there are some fabulous places to visit and the beaches are amazing. Malpica and Balares were our favourite beaches. We went to Coruna, Fisterra and Lugo also which are all well worth visiting and are easy day trips. We spent our last day in Sanitago which is beautiful too.The house is located on a working farm which I wasn't aware of so it can be a bit smelly but as long as you are aware of this its not a problem. The living room is a bit dark but once the weather is good there is a lovely veranda and a great patio area with a table and chairs to eat outside at. The owner is very helpful with anything needed. Some padding for the sunbeds would be a good idea as they get uncomfortable after a while. I would definitely recommend this house for a relaxing break and for a group with teens/children. The region is beautiful and we would love to come back again.

La casa está muy completa, limpia, mucho menaje d cocina, la secadora se agradece mucho, pero a tener en cuenta la estrechez xa poder aparcar dentro d la finca, si se tiene coche ancho, poca luz exterior para poder cenar fuera, y al estar rodeada d vaquerías el olor dependía d por dond soplase el viento…

Hemos estado este fin de semana. Una casa cómoda, limpia, acogedora y a la que no le falta detalle. En la cocina tiene absolutamente de todo al igual que en el resto de la casa. La piscina fantástica, la zona de pistas para jugar al tenis, baloncesto, fútbol está fenomenal, fuimos con niños y disfrutaron muchísimo, incluso tiene columpios y un cuarto con juguetes si vas con niños pequeños. El entorno rural y muy tranquilo y al mismo tiempo estás a un paso de Malpica, Carballo...Su propietario amabilísimo al que queremos dar las gracias por su hospitalidad. Nos hemos sentido como en casa y esperamos repetir.
