Located in an ideal place for rest, it is nestled in the nature of the surroundings of the town of Ponteareas. 15 minutes from Vigo airport, it offers the possibility of playing golf with five courses within a radius of 40 kilometers. Half an hour from the beaches of the Rias Bajas and the exit for the Cies Islands and 10 minutes from the Mondariz Golf and Spa Spa.

Peaceful, large property in beautiful setting.
The setting is wonderful, with a huge, secure garden, with great pool. There is plenty of space to soak up the sun, or sit in the shade. The house is spacious, with a well equipped kitchen, and a roomy lounge. There is a great outside dining and sitting area on the veranda. The bedrooms are of good size and the beds comfortable. My only negatives were 1) the acoustics of the house mean sound carried throughout. Once the first person gets up in the morning, everyone gets up. 2) the large twin bedroom is open plan, with no door to it, so with the acoustics as they are, you hear every sound from the rest of the house. 3) the internet was down all week and the 5G signal weak and in and out. Not a problem for most, but unfortunately for us, one of our family had to be in regular contact with home, which made things difficult. Other than that, it was a great stay in a beautiful part of Spain.

A fantastic house!
Everything about this place was a pleasure. We had been travelling around Northern Spain and wanted somewhere we could meet up with family and relax. Juan's house was perfect, and we only left in order to buy groceries. A magnificent pool, extensive grounds - we used the football pitch a lot - and a number of different places to sit outside, some perfectly shaded. The BBQ area was great, and used frequently. The house itself was very well equipped, with plenty of room for the 6 of us (there was an entire bedroom/sitting area that we did not use at all). Juan and his family live on the adjacent property, and were very welcoming, leaving us to enjoy the peaceful surroundings but always available to assist. We would love to return in the future, and highly recommend it!

Loved this beautiful house and property! Ideal for large family vacation in Galicia.
Idilic retreat, yet close to town and main highway connection to visit all of Galicia and N. Portugal. House has many ammenities and comforts to easily accomodate a family of 10 and even host a family reunion of 20! The kids loved the pool and soccer field, while adults relaxed in the tranquil nature surroundings. The owner, Juan and grounds keeper Esteban are readily responsive if needed. We made incredible family memories! Gracias Juan por compartir su maja casa con nosotos!

Great holiday
We spent two weeks in this wonderful house. Perfect setting surrounded by lush garden planting and lawns with outside eating areas and an industrial-scale bbq. Pool was great - odd shape but really big with deep and shallow bits. We spent most of the time by the pool or the comfortable veranda which wraps around the front of the house. The house is equally comfortable and well- equipped inside. The owners were very helpful and welcoming.

Volveremos con mĆ”s fuerza si cabe, para disfrutar de una casa espectacular y la mejor, sin duda, de la zona. Complacer a sus huĆ©spedes con una variedad de posibilidades para disfrutar de unas vacaciones de ensueƱo, con unos jardines enormes y cuidados hasta el mĆ”s mĆ­nimo detalle, una piscina grande y una casa de madera con una arhitectura inmejorable. La cocina equipada con absolutamente todo lo que se nececita y una barbacoa enorme. PodrĆ”n disfrutar de todos los eventos deportivos ya que tienen movistar + y con el pack mĆ”s completo. Solo puedo agradecer a Juan por su preocupaciĆ³n para que no nos falte de nada. Hasta pronto Juan y gracias por todo.

Todo es maravilloso y perfecto en esta casa dentro y fuera: la casa es Preciosa, todo cuidado y limpio hasta el mĆ”s mĆ­nimo detalle, dormitorios con camas muy cĆ³modas y armarios amplios, los baƱos nuevos, la cocina con todo tipo de utensilios (batidora, exprimidor, sandwichera, cafeteras,ā€¦) todo de excelente calidad y en perfecto estado; el jardĆ­n exterior, la piscina limpia, la zona de barbacoa muy bien iluminada.,,,,,,todo!!!. El propietario estuvo atento cada momento a nuestras necesidades. Volveremos seguro!!!! Muchas gracias Juan!!!!

Estuvimos en Semana Santa y tal y como titulo este comentario, volveremos seguro. El entorno de la casa, todo vallado muy espacioso con un cĆ©sped muy cuidado y en un estado impecable. La piscina con sus tumbonas, muy bien. La zona de la barbacoa muy bien equipada que te dan ganas de pasar el dĆ­a cocinando cualquier cosa. La casa en sĆ­, muy acojedora con varios espacios para hacer cosas, siendo la estrella, para mi, la terraza exterior con su sofa, etc ... Todo tipo de equipamiento en la cocina, aseos completamente equipados y camas cĆ³modas. El trato con los caseros impecable. Le pedimos a Juan unas recomendaciones gastronĆ³micas y fueron espectaculares. AllĆ­ , cualquier cosa que necesitamos la tuvimos resuelta de inmediato y si a la casa le doy un 10, a sus dueƱos en su amabilidad y en general el trato, un 11. Hay alguno que dice que por recomendarnos el restaurante que fuimos en Baiona te deberĆ­amos poner un 20, pero bueno. La ubicaciĆ³n perfecta para ir a cualquier sitio en un momento. En fin, muchas gracias Juan por el trato y volveremos seguro.

FantƔstica casa en Ponteareas
La casa es fabulosa, bonita, muy confortable e impecablemente limpia cuando entramos. La casa lo tiene todo, por dentro y por fuera. Una piscina estupenda, una finca enorme y arbolada muy, muy bien cuidada, mĆŗltiples rincones dentro de la finca donde perderse solo a leer o acompaƱado. La ubicaciĆ³n, ademĆ”s es estupenda para paseos campestres o visitas turĆ­sticas. Y para acabar, Juan, el dueƱo, un estupendo anfitriĆ³n.
