Most importantly it was exactly as described in the listing. The house was clean and exceptionally well stocked, I didn’t a thing, the bed was very comfortable and the tv picture and service were excellent. There was new outdoor furniture delivered during my stay and the owner stated that a few more updates were coming soon. The floor plan lends itself to separation and privacy when needed. The 2 bedrooms and full baths are located on the entry level with the main living area and master B&B up. It has a generous area for family gathering and the kitchen is open and very well appointed. Outside deck, accessible from the first floor, is expansive and offers full views both north and south with Splinter free free decking and seating for an entire family. Very private beach with occasional walkers only. The owner was helpful and accommodating. This would be a good choice for families that have children who need their own space.
