Mold is on the ceiling in two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Air conditioner and heater did not work well. One kitchen trash bag and four rolls of toilet paper was not enough for eight people and four days. We were not notified until one hour before check-in that on the north side of the house the A/C was not working, and it was not fixed until the next day. The house needs a better cleaning crew, The bathroom doors were caked with soap scum, there were cobwebs under beds. Two of the pillows in the south side master smelled like dog pee. There was even a dog crate in that closet, why? The property needs a lot of care, I am glad we didn't have little kids running around barefoot as they would have cut their feet on the nails on the back porch. Overall, would not stay there again. Parking was easy and the house was spacious and comfortable. The house was perfect for our beach vacation. It was spacious and literally on the edge of the ocean. Each bedroom had its own bath, the deck across the back of the house was perfect for watching the sun rise and relaxing, the front of the house had a courtyard that was very roomy. With children and dogs we felt right at home. It was well supplied with kitchen items and with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms everyone had their own space.
