Sleeping from 7 to 8 people, this house is perfect for gathering your closest friends and family. With amazing views from the 2nd and 3rd levels, you will feel like you are in paradise! Best of all, this home has a hot tub and a fire pit to enjoy time while watching the surf or gazing at the stars! The main living area is situated on the 2nd floor. As you walk up the stairs, a spacious, open living area awaits! The large windows reveal some of the best views South Ponte Vedra Beach has to offer. You will find everything you need in this fully stocked kitchen. It has a massive island (with seating for 3) that is perfect for preparing a delicious meal, stainless steel appliances, and endless views. The dining table has plenty of seating for 8\. The living room is very comfortable and welcoming. There is plenty of seating to enjoy the big game or favorite movie. With a large deck that is perfect for soaking up the sun, the second level is where the fun really happens. The third level is where you will find 3 of the 4 bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a large king bed and private deck overlooking the ocean make this bedroom truly special. There is plenty of space to stretch out and relax if you want to get a little alone time. In the en-suite bathroom, you will find a soak tub and a walk-in shower, along with a water closet. Bedroom two and three have queen beds and share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a walk-in shower. Both rooms offer desks for those that may need to check in with the office or send off an email or two. The views are really spectacular from these bedrooms. The entrance level is home to the fourth bedroom and laundry closet. The bedroom has a double sized bed, perfect for 1 adult or 2 small children. The attached bathroom is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Simply walk down the stairs from the second story deck to see all that “Geordie Shore” has to offer. Beautiful home, beautiful views. Upon arrival, it was very clean, tidy and just like the photos on the listing. It was like walking into a home featured in a coastal magazine. The view from the kitchen was amazing! What was even better was the fact that a home this nice was pet friendly. We were there with mine and my husband’s parents, our young son and two dogs. We were never cramped for space or privacy and there were plenty of places to sit if we all wanted to sit together. All amenities you might need were there at the house. The outdoor shower was a staple for us and they even provide you with beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and boogie boards. The fenced in yard gets 5 stars as well. My mom wanted me to mention for those who may have trouble with stairs…this is a 3-story house, so keep that in mind if you have bad knees or the like. We are family of five and spent a few days here over the fourth of July holiday. We have three teenagers so each having their own room was great. There is a big difference in being a few minutes walk/drive to the beach and being right on the beach like this house. You don't have to pack everything for a full beach day. You walk right out and you're on the beach. You get too hot, you just walk to the shaded patio on the house and you are still overlooking the beach. You need lunch or a break, you just walk back in the house and get something. You don't have to get down to the beach early to stake out a spot among the crowds. It's essentially a private beach in front of the house. All five of us spend different amounts of time on the sand, in the water or in the shade but we can all do the beach how we want to do it when you're right on it. And whenever you are in the house, you are looking out at the beach so you feel like you are always on vacation. The view is breathtaking. We went down to the fort to watch the fireworks and when we wanted to take a break from the beach, we went into town for St. George street, for restaurants and the lighthouse. There is also a great restaurant near the house Aunt Kate's where you can watch the sunset. The kitchen has all we needed for fixing meals during the week. I can't recommend this house enough! All of us loved it! We absolutely will be back! ##### David F.
