Easy checking in and out.
Kind, polite and helpful staff.
Decent hotel, near public transport and tourist attractions.
My room was a bit noisy early in the morning/night due to deliveries to the businesses around.
It was ok as it was in Winter, but in warmer times, could be a problem.
Breakfast was fine, although quite basic.
Hotel is an old building but it was clean.

Great stay as always, whilst some of the rooms are a little dated, they are spotlessly clean with always plenty of hot water and more than adequate heating. Staff excellent, and spa area is nice to have after a day skiing.

I don’t usually write reviews but I loved everything about this place. From the individually styled rooms to the chair carved out of the stump of an old sycamore tree at the top of a flight of metal steps. Everything has been put together with such thought and care.
