  • The house is located at 450 meters above sea level and offers a wonderful view of the surrounding villages, the coast and the sea. The only sandy beach on the island is in Calheta and can be reached in 10 minutes by car, as well as a large supermarket, numerous restaurants and nice cafes, which are located directly at the marina.
    Your apartment on the 1st You can reach the floor via a separate entrance. The apartment has a bedroom, a bathroom, living room, dining area and kitchen. The apartment is fully equipped and has a TV (with all German programs) and a washing machine.
    The charming landscape invites you to hikes along the levadas, which you can start directly from the house.
