Thank you To list: 1) the fridge is broken 2) the WiFi does not work in the room, 3) the shower soap is empty on our 1st use in the shower 4) the menu on the web site in English offers a happy hour - there is no happy hour 5) the floor in the room is sticky and maybe not that clean 6) Our fondue dinner was not served with potatoes or salad but as we had no menu we did not realise until after our dinner. You did compensate by removing cost of 1 glass of wine. Thank you. Overall very disappointing. The hotel is not a spa and needs some more care and attention to bring it back to a \*\*\*\* Level. I'm sure this was an isolated incident and that the hotel is usually quite comfortable, but I felt it was important to share our experience as this could have been avoided.
