Good stay.

We thought that we would be on the River from the pictures, but this was not the case…we couldn’t even see the river from our place. That was a disappointment, but Pont-en-Royans was a beautiful city to visit and the hostess was great! Very responsive and accommodating!

Appartement tres bien placé dans le centre du magnifique village, tres touristique, de Pont-en-Royans. Nous y etions en periode de canicule et avait apprécié la fraîcheur préservée du logement. Magali, que nous ne rencontrons pas mais qui est facilement joignable, fait tout pour une arrivée facile et un séjour avec tout ce qu'il faut. Elle nous a même bien aidé pour récupérer un objet oublié, lourd de conséquence. Le seul point qui m'a déçu est qu'il etait noté pour moi, 3 chambres et qu'en fait c'est 2 chambres et un canapé-lit (cependant confortable) dans le salon.

L'appartement est très bien situé, propre et fonctionnel ;) on a passé un très bon séjour ! Nous avions peur d'avoir des difficultés pour se garer, mais il y a un parking a 5 min toujours libre ! Je recommande ce logement avec les lits faits à l'arrivée le top!

Belle semaine dans le Vercors

Bon rapport qualité prix pour cet appartement situé dans le centre historique de Pont-en-Royans.LES PLUS : - Logement original en partie creusé dans la roche. - Petit balcon extérieur.- Nombreux commerces accessibles à pieds : supérette, snacks, restaurant, médiathèque galeries expos, musée, fontaine étonnante.- Plusieurs randonnées au départ du logement à pied : belvédère des 3 châteaux (très belle vue) et cascades blanche verte (magnifique !)- Petits concerts dans le village - Marché très sympa le lundi soir. Possible de manger sur place.- Pont-en-Royans et très bien situé pour découvrir le Vercors (nombreuses activités : grottes, cascades, coins de baignades, randonnées, rivières, etc).(LES MOINS) : - Pas de parking à proximité immédiate (grand parking en bas du village à 5 min à pied).- Pas de vue depuis l'appartement,- Quartier assez "vivant" la nuit, impossible de dormir fenêtre ouverte (mais double vitrage au top).
Vue de Pont-en-Royans depuis le belvédère des 3 châteaux (au départ de l'appartement).

Un séjour dans un gîte agréable en plein coeur du village

Le logement est parfaitement situé dans le charmant village de Pont-en-Royans, à proximité de toutes les commodités y compris de la baignade, plus qu'indispensable dans le Vercors en août :) Les échanges avec la propriétaire ont été très fluides et faciles, encore merci! Le logement a ce qu'il faut, et est adapté pour 4 personnes. La présence du petit balcon est bien agréable car le soleil ne donne pas directement sur le logement! Je recommande!

Arnaqué de 80€ pour la déclaration dun occupant de plus

Rien à redire sur la maison, si ce n'est l'absence de sa propriétaire que nous n'avons jamais vue. Par contre Abritel nous a facturé 80€ pour l'ajout d'un occupant : nous avions initialement réservé pour 2 dans une maison de 4 couchages. C'est plus de 10℅ du coût du séjour, c'est une arnaque que rien ne justifie.
