PETS: Max. 2; declare when booking. Fee per pet per stay. Cushion and bowls provided.



ACCOMMODATION: Furnished chalet. Living room with wood-burning stove (wood provided). Equipped kitchen, recycling and composter.



OUTDOORS: Barbecue (charcoal not provided). Children's inflatable pool (2.10 x 1.40 x 0.56 m), June–September, by reservation, at an extra charge. Safety rules and liability declaration must be signed. Adult supervision required.



BABY: Free cot and high chair. Optional pushchair (with carrycot and infant car seat, or double); book ahead.



CLEANING: Leave the chalet clean; no cleaning fee, supplies provided. Otherwise, request the Sérénité option before your stay. Pet fees cover cleaning bowls, cushion and rugs, not full cleaning.



PAYMENTS: Pool, pushchair and Sérénité payable on arrival; invoice provided.



ECO & SAFETY: Organic soap and shampoo, eco-friendly products, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.



LOCATION: Shops, restaurants and port a 10-min walk away.



CONDITION REPORT: Available via QR code in the garage; binding. Report defects within 24 hours of arrival, otherwise the property is deemed satisfactory.



DEPOSIT: Returned within 48 hours after inspection. If left unclean, the Sérénité flat fee is deducted; balance refunded by bank transfer (provide bank details). Damage charged at actual cost.



PET RULES: No pets on beds, sofas or armchairs, or left alone in the chalet. Pick up pet waste. Owners remain responsible for their pets.
