The staff was nice and helpful, especially Iris and the other lady with round glasses. It was quite difficult to open the door with the key locking in from the inside. I'd be terrified if I had to rush out for emergencies and would have to fidget and wiggle the key several times before it opens.

Great little hotel, very charming decor, amenities all work. Also cannot beat the location for exploring the confluence area. Front desk was always very kind, Yakoub is a great guy. Would recommend!
