The mattresses had stains and the first room they gave us had fleas or bed bugs! Terrible experience at a time we just needed sommelier to sleep since we had a family emergency

Bed linen was not up to par, they were soiled. I stayed there for 2 weeks, and not once did the staff check the room, nor clean the bathroom, change towels or sweep the room. Front desk is polite, but they need to do better with room up keep.
