"The Seville Historic Hotel has beautiful architecture, but unfortunately our stay was overshadowed by several issues. A strong burnt frying odor lingered throughout the property. While it wasn’t noticeable inside our room, it was very apparent the moment we stepped into the hallway. Our room faced a busy street, and the traffic noise was so loud it felt like we were outside in it. The condition of the room also fell short—paint was peeling from the walls, the carpet was dirty, and the linens were worn with very thin towels. The water pressure was low, and the water never got hotter than lukewarm. There were no proper curtains, only shades, which allowed the morning sun to flood the room since we were facing east. The main lobby was not air-conditioned, making it uncomfortable to spend time there. Although our room did have air conditioning, it made a noticeable ticking noise every time the fan cycled on. Overall, while the building itself is charming, the condition and comfort of the hotel did not meet expectations."

"Great stay for my husband and I and 2 dogs. Very clean home and well stocked kitchen. Our dogs really enjoyed the yard. We could just open the door and allow them to roam. So peaceful and relaxing. The fire pit area was great. No extra charge for wood. This will become our go to stay when visiting the area. Thanks for sharing your home with our family. "

"One of the great views I have ever seen from both back decks and the backyard firepit! We watched the sunrise with our coffee on the deck each morning. We built a fire one evening and just marveled at the view. This house was perfect for us, but understand that it is really out in the middle of nowhere. It's 10 miles to the small town of Jasper and a couple of restaurant options. If you are ok with that level of solitude (and we were), you can't ask for anything better!"

You're just there.The cabin sits right on the rim of the Arkansas Grand Canyon. That's not marketing — you walk out and the canyon is actually in front of you. The views are the kind that make you stop talking mid-sentence. We caught the sunset on a clear night and it did what good sunsets do: reminded you that some things still work the way they're supposed to.The stars out here are legitimate. No ambient wash killing the sky. If you're used to city nights, it'll reset your calibration on what dark actually looks like.Location is practical too — Jasper's a short run down the road. The square has what you need and a few things worth finding. Everything felt low-friction, which matters when the whole point of the trip is to not think about logistics.Good cabin. Great placement. Solid execution on the basics. That combination is rarer than it should be."
