"The room was very clean and modern. The bathroom was fine any the shower was really good. The kitchen area was well equipped but small, and the sink was tiny. So even though we ate only breakfast in the room, it still felt cramped. The bed was comfortable BUT people should be aware that the bed is placed in a corner of the room, which is fine for one person but awkward for a second. The wardrobe is too small for hangers to be used normally, they have to hang at an angle if the door is to be shut. The AC is efficient however the bathroom extractor fan is a little noisy and runs 24/7. "

"This is a perfectly located hotel, within easy walking to the city. The tram stop is practically outside the hotel door with direct tram to the airport. The main train station is also a 5 minute walk. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean with friendly staff. Breakfast was good as continental ones go with the option of boiling yourself some eggs too. The only downside is that the rooms are tiny. It says this on the web site. If you are someone who needs a lot of room where you can walk around then this is not for you. We, on a city break are always out and about so it was perfect for us. Very comfy bed, clean towels daily and a hairdryer. I also borrowed an iron from reception. Few hooks, shelves and hangers for personal stuff. To sum up perfect location, clean very quiet despite being close to tram. Helpful staff and you can buy a drink 24 hrs a day."

"Nice hotel in the heart of Chartrons, wonderful staff (that was very proficient in English) & close to everything in Bordeaux. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here & wouldn’t hesitate to come back. This is city that is meant to be walked, & one couldn’t ask for a better home base to start from daily. Bring your best sneakers & go enjoy this gem in SW France. *cheat code* pay for the daily breakfast…. you can pick from the entire menu & have it served daily, in bed, & no extra charge! *And don’t miss the rooftop bar. Phenomenal views up there of the entire city w/ a full menu of drinks."
