  • Beautiful, very functional villa (200 m2) with patio and fountain, garden furniture, sheltered barbecue by the pool. Table and fridge for meals, breakfasts, lunches and dinners with family or friends. Ideal for 10 people, with enclosed garden.
    Located in rural area 10kms from Pombal, 35 from Coimbra, 25kms from Figueira da Foz, 30 kms from Leiria. Nearest beach 20 kms away (Osso da Baleia).
    The house has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, one of which is on the mezzanine with 3 additional beds.
    The summer lounge overlooking the patio, the swimming pool and the garden offers a beautiful view. Relaxing space.
    Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking.
    You also have a laundry room with washing machine + tray for hand washing + ironing equipment and if necessary a person for the maintenance of the house in August (price not included)
    The gazebo at the bottom of the garden allows you good moments of reading and relaxation
    Linen provided: sheets, towels, pool sheets etc ...
    You also have a closed garage and parking spaces inside the enclosed garden.
    Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
    For tranquility, parties are not allowed.

Une villa très agréable, confortable et bien équipée. Régina est très accueillante et disponible. La voie rapide à proximité n’est pas vraiment dérangeante et elle assure un accès rapide à Pombal.

Très bon accueil effectué par Régina, cette dernière est disponible et a répondu rapidement à nos questions.La maison est très propre et suffisamment équipée pour 10 personnes, chaque chambre comporte sa propre salle de bain, literie ok.La maison est bien située, environ 10 km du premier supermarché et pas trop loin des lieux à visiter ( environ 1h30 de Porto et de Lisbonne)Et encore merci à Régina.

Estancias para todos

Fuimos un total de 9 personas con amigos, hijos y nietos. La casa dispone de diversas estancias con sus baños de forma que es muy fácil alojar a todo el mundo cómodamente. La cocina-comedor es amplia y pueden ubicarse 10 personas usando una mesita auxiliar como ampliación de la mesa. el salón es también amplio y agradable. En el exterior se crean diversas zonas donde unos pueden estar tranquilos conversando o leyendo, mientras otros disfrutan de la magnífica piscina. Además hay unas zonas de jardín más distantes para el que quiera estar realmente tranquilo. Los alrededores son muy tranquilos y hay que desplazarse un poco para hacer compras, pero al menos a mí eso me pareció fenomenal para disfrutar de un espacio tranquilo y hacer salidas en BTT. El mar no queda demasiado lejos y hay varias zonas de interés a media hora de distancia. El trato exquisito tanto a la llegada como a la salida. Como todo estaba perfecto no tuvimos que llamar para nada.

Maison exceptionnelle

La maison est parfaite pour accueillir un groupe de 10 personnes, très grande et spacieuse avec une salle de bain pour chaque chambre, literie impeccable, maison très propre, linge de maison en quantité, cuisine équipée , deux frigos dont un à l'extérieur près du barbecue. Une piscine incroyable !! Propre, parfaite pour des enfants allant de 4 ans à 20 ans. Un jardin fleuri et très grand. La dame s'occupant de l'entretien de la maison était très accueillante. Nous avons passé deux semaines extraordinaire, nous n'avions presque pas envie de visiter les alentours tellement la maison est agréable pour se reposer, se ressourcer. Nos enfants ont adoré. Difficile de repartir !

Excellent experience at this property! Beautiful country, lots to do and see within one hour drive. The house was very comfortable. Bring soap for the shower and laundry. If you stay more than 3 days bring paper goods for the kitchen and bathroom. We were blessed with beautiful weather, the pool was fantastic!

Maison non adapté pour 10

Pour résumer la maison est magnifique et piscine superbe .mais cela s arrête la pour ce qui est des chambres les literies dans certaines sont vraiment à revoir plus une qui est meublée de deux lits en fer qui remonte sur le côté pas du tout adapté pour un couple .concernent la cuisine elle est équipée d une table qui est muni que de 6chaises identique pour la salle à manger 8 chaise impossible de manger à 10 et impossible de les déplacer les accessoires casseroles saladier ne sont pas prévu pour 10 personnes et le plus dérangeant la maison est mitoyenne d unes ferme donc envahir de mouches et moustiques intérieur car il n’y a pas de moustiquaire et extérieur et en final la maison se trouve tout proche du pont de la national donc il renvois un bruit incessant

Excellent place very well equipped and comfortable to enjoy holidays Quiet, cozy, wide, close to nature, no far from beautiful cities Wonderful swim pool Ideal for sharing free time with friends. Lovely home.

This house is a lovely home out in the country. It’s a great house for a couple of groups or families. Please be aware that the house has no central heating, just the fire place, for off season. One guest enjoyed the pool, doing her workout. There was an extra charge for heating the pool. There was plenty of wood for burning and keeping the house warm. The kitchen was well supplied. One thing I wish for all European locations, that they would leave things such as the laundry soap and dishwasher soap for the next guests to use. How much detergent can one household really use. Every time we leave behind scads of it. And extra toilet paper!! Just raise the cost of the rental some. Make it like home for the guests. I make this same complaint nearly every year. . Otherwise we enjoyed the use of the home. And the sites to see around the area are amazing, and unique to Portugal.

La villa est telle que sur les photos voire plus belle encore. Spacieuse, des équipements de qualité . Les 4 salles de bains sont superbes !! Rien ne manque dans la cuisine , tous les ustensibles dont on peut avoir besoin s'y trouve , voire plus. La piscine est géniale ! bref nous avons passé un super séjour et nous avons quitté la villa d'Alice le cœur gros ... une mention spéciale à Régina, d'une efficacité et d'une gentillesse à toute épreuve
