"Noisy. Heard the elevators all night. Complained to the front desk manager & didn’t receive a callback, Complained again to the manager upon checkout.. she replied, “unfortunately our elevators are loud.” Requested a bath mat from housekeeping & received a floor towel instead. We did have a nice dinner at Signature Steakhouse."

"It was a beautiful six night seven days stay the atmosphere is amazing it is right in the middle of Waikiki and walkable to anything you needed to get to. The staff were amazing the room was clean and daily cleaned by housekeeping. The outdoor pool was on the 5th floor where the gym was and it's absolutely breathtaking fuse complimented the hotel as a whole"
