On arrival our sheets had stains on them our bin wasn’t emptied had food and cigarettes, pots and pans were peeling and unusable. Staff was kind and helpful after telling them.

Great location, though a small trek from the train station- plan your abilities accordingly. Staff were lovely and it was cute! You do need to be able to walk up stairs with luggage. I wouldn't recommend this for folks with physical difficiluties or little ones. For us with our teens, it was perfect! Also right by "diagon alley" should you be an HP fan.

This hotel is clean and conveniently located. But I want to give a highest rank to the manager and the staff for going an extra mile making our stay from 3/17/26 to 3/19/26 very quiet and comfortable.

I was up on the 2nd floor so had to go up a lot of stairs with my heavy suitcase. The shower didn't function well. The water was either very hot or very cold.
