Seriously disappointing. We booked a delux room which Expedia said had a balcony/terrace. The first room they took us to was not a delux room, so we had to insist they give us what we had paid for. They then gave us a ‘delux’ room that had neither a balcony or a terrace. We complained, but they refused to give us the room we had booked and paid for, only offering to give us a room with a balcony for our last night, which would have involved moving all our things just for one night. They did nothing to make up for it. They didn’t clean the room or change our towels or replace the free water and refreshments we were meant to receive and we had to ask for these. The breakfast was awful and had ants crawling over some of the dishes. There are much better and cheaper options all over the town. Our friend stayed in a home-stay that was far better at a fraction of the price. Avoid this place. Das Bedienungspersonal im Restaurant ist sehr aufmerksam. Das Frühstück und Nachtessen sind reichhaltig. Das Hotel stellt Fahrräder zur Verfügung. Die meisten Zimmer im älteren Teil des Gebäudes im ersten Stock haben keine Aussicht und sind etwas lärmig von der Küche.
