A large covered wraparound terrace with dining area and seating area,this leads to the villa entrance at the point and around to the pool area at the rear. Four steps take you up to the pool, which is set in a lawned, helyed surrounding. Large beautiful gardens surrounding this holiday home, many plants and exotic trees From here pleasant views of the countryside across the mountains can be enjoyed . An open terrace and a roof terrace make ideal spots for private sunbathing.Gas BBQ for meals al fresco is also in the terrace. This Villa is well cared for by its owners, who take a great deal of pride in offering a lot more than most holiday homes. Beach Towels, pool toys, book swap library a play room and fresh seasonal produce await all free if charge. Babysitting available. Air conditioning for summer and heating and woodburner for winter time included free of charge too. Pollença is one of the most attractive and Historic towns of the island. Joana visited us to make sure we got settled in ok and was available if we needed to check anything before arriving or during our stay. The house has a great outside space and is spotlessly clean inside. An older style traditional Majorcan family property, with a great pool. Plenty of parking space for hire cars. There were just 2 of us staying, and we would cook outside or walk into Pollenca in about 10/15 mins for drinks and meals at night. Really peaceful location and comfortable place to stay.
