Staff and Management were helpful and friendly.
Communal areas which were carpeted needed either cleaning or replaced as they were badly stained. Bedroom furnishings were very basic and garden view left a great deal to be desired.
I have photographed carpets and garden view and will forward to you if so desired. Please advise.

Over all it was ok.
The staff were really friendly.
The hot water pressure on the shower was very poor and the metal frame bunk bed for the little one didn't sound safe at all so we stuck the mattress on the floor.
Parking outside is very limited, but there is a near by street with free parking.
Good location from the beaches and just a short walk into the centre of Newquay.
Would stay again in the future.

The downside was that our room (110) looked at a brick wall with no views over the countryside. Bottom half of the window was frosted to hide the AC unit and fresh air units and ductwork which run 24/7 that sat on a roof in front off our windows.
On the plus side the room was large, clean and well equipped as was the bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was bigger than it looked and a pleasure to use. Cafe and restaurant was also great with nice friendly staff and the good food.
