Very esthetically pleasing hotel. Had to switch rooms and still was stuck with a horrible view of a alley and a building. Tried to order room service and they don't offer it, so I ordered uber eats and tipped to bring to my room and the lobby made them leave it at the front desk so I had to get dressed to go retrieve brunch in bed which really defeated the purpose.
