### 3 Bedroom Villa, Private Pool, 250m to Latchi Beach

This fabulous villa is perfectly located set at the back of Latsi coastal road, very close to the stunning, sandy beach, with lovely gardens, a private pool, air-conditioned bedrooms, and stunning sea views.  
  
This superb villa has a modern interior and private parking; it is furnished to a high standard and offers all the comforts for a family or party of 6 persons who can be accommodated in 3 airy bedrooms with a balcony and en-suite bathrooms.  
  
Its interiors extend over two levels, while its lovely swimming pool is cleverly placed in the garden, on the ground level, with a magnificent gazebo, BBQ, and dining facilities.  
  
The ground floor consists of an open plan fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with a front terrace overlooking the sea, an en-suite double bedroom, and a utility room with a washing machine.  
  
An internal staircase from the living room leads to the upper level, which consists of two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one is a bathroom and one has a shower and WC room and front balconies with magnificent views.  
  
The sunny swimming pool measures 8m x 4m is set in the middle of the front garden, facing the sea, accessed via a staircase from the main house, surrounded by beautiful flowers and trees, with all the necessary sunbathing loungers and sun umbrellas.  
  
A chic rattan-furnished dining terrace is close to the pool and is covered by a pergola, as well as a fully equipped built BBQ for perfect evenings dining alfresco with friends and family.  
  
Towels and linen changed once a week.
