"I work summers as a contractor at Stennis Space Center, and every time I’m in the area, I stay at the Best Western in Slidell, LA — it’s hands down my go-to place. The recently renovated property is clean, cool, quiet, and incredibly convenient, with restaurants, shops, and everything you need nearby. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff — especially Ms. Mary at the front desk, who is professional, warm, and always helpful. The team overall is friendly and efficient, making every stay feel like home. Rooms are spotless and consistently well-maintained, with comfy beds, hot showers, great A/C, fast Wi-Fi, microwaves, and fridges. The complimentary breakfast is excellent, with rotating options, healthy choices, and 24/7 coffee. The pool is also a refreshing bonus. Parking is safe and plentiful, and the atmosphere is peaceful — perfect for both professionals and families. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Whether for work or leisure, Best Western Slidell delivers every time."
