(2,675 reviews) Spent one night with my 3 grown kids, who were attending a concert at CFG bank arena, which is about a block away and a very short walk from the hotel, and I could see the venue from my room window which was a huge plus for Me. Upon arrival we were greeted with a very friendly staff, and a beautiful hotel lobby, our room was on the 10th floor, and it was clean and comfortable with a view of the city, there were a lot of things within walking distance but we chose to have dinner in the LB tavern, a busy hotel restaurant with a decent selection of food, great service, and was reasonably priced and rather tasty. Even though me and the kids got stuck in elevator 3 for a little over an hour, with 3 other guests, who were great through the whole ordeal, we had a quick rescue from the local fire dept, and the staff quickly made a room change to a room that was understandably accessible by stairs now lol, I still rate them high for service, and chalked it up to a quirk of an almost 100 year old hotel. We loved our stay and have an awesome memory and story to tell. Only disappointed was 1 chair per room according to the front desk.
