Good location & price
This place is adequate for a night or two. Do not expect a 5 star motel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We were able to have the pooch for a $20/night fee. It's close to the boardwalk and other attractions. The motel could use some updates but it worked for us.

Rooms were not the best bed frame was broken the 2nd level stairs was good just the walk way to the rooms were weak feeling the only best things were the ac was amazing and very close to the boardwalk

I don't like to leave bad reviews but this one is well deserved. If you are looking for to stay I don't recommend this place. Not that cleaned and bad service. I had to leave this place 3 hr after check in, staff promised a refund, after days of waiting called the motel to ask explain my case again and I assume the manager told me that I will not get a refund. Don't waste or lose your money here.

This the worst "motel" experience of my entire life.. I drove 2 and a 1/2 hours to arrive at this motel, and booked it hours in advance and received confirmation on the room, for them to tell me that the hotel was fully booked and overbooked, And that they did not even have a room for me. They then proceeded to go get the manager of the property who was not even wearing shoes and was not listening to the fact that I already had a reservation booked, He made a few phone calls and put me in another motel that they own called the flamingo inn, i also then had to PAY OVERNIGHT PARKING ON THE STREET DUE TO LACK OF SPOTS AT THE MOTEL. Motel was disgusting, we wouldnt even shower for the 2 nights we were there because of how dirty it was. There's even holes in the staircase to get to the upstairs rooms. Dirty, unreliable, and unbearable motel and overall experience.

Service was horrible, room was Philthy I had to clean it myself, room basically falling apart, piss stains, nasty sheets/ blankets, curtains were falling, host disturbed us for maintenance issues, I had the worst experience EVER!!!

First impression of this place was bad. The outside of the hotel was dingy looking. When I got inside of the office, I already had an impression of what the hotel room was going to look like. It was smelly and dirty and they had a broken, dirty AC just sitting there in a chair. Our room was also smelly and it looked like there was barely an attempt at cleaning it. When I turned the bathtub faucet on, it just flew right off. I get that the price is a “deal” compared to the other motels in the area, but there’s NO WAY this motel is worth $170 a night. Never again.

The motel room was dirty, smelled like mold and mildew and was so bad I left shortly after I checked in. There was no way anyone could stay there. The outdoor pool was not useable and it was filthy. It was the worst hotel/motel experience I ever had.

Sheets and the room was dirty. Asked staff to change the sheets they did so without question came with new sheets from the wash and still had stains on them. Cigarette burns on the mattresses. Mold in what I’m assuming was a closet but was just a hole in the wall with a sliding door and random junk thrown in. Refrigerator was rusting and paint chipping away. The shower was absolutely disgusting mold and rust all over the shower head. I wouldn’t stay here ever my friends and I were told they do not give refunds we just said our health and comfort is worth more then what we spent to sleep for the night and left…

Absolutely disgusting! Filthy room. Old and outdated I can handle. But this place was so gross! Moldy shower, extremely dirty toilet, sheets were soiled and stained. Room smelled like stale smoke, mold and urine. Under bathroom sink was some sort of critter droppings. Police activity during the day while we were checking in. At check in we could see a room behind the counter with piles of dirty towels and linens on the floor. The person "cleaning" and preparing our rooms was about 16 and had no new linens. He literally just remade the bed with the same sheets from previous guest! Honestly this place is a health hazard and completely unsafe. We got out of there asap. Expedia should be ashamed to partner with this place!

It is Seaside Heights so this is a motel not a hotel. It is old as many of them are. Being this is not one of the bigger motels such as the Aztec or Colony it is defiantly old and can use some renovations. However if you need a night or two and super convenient it is fine. The room was clean. Keep in mind the motel is dated so it can look not as clean as it is because the bathrooms are old. What makes me give it an ok review is the older couple that owns the hotel. They are as nice as can be and very accommodating. If they are not in the office later in the day or at night they have their cell phone numbers and you can call them anytime. We stayed for one night at a beach tournament. If is less than two blocks from the boardwalk and right near the casino pier. You don't have to worry about parking and you have a place to shower, and get ready after the beach. It is no frills basic but doable. The AC worked well and the room did have big porcelain tile floor so it was decent. You will not confused a brand new Holiday Inn but I would stay again for a night if we did not want to drive after a team party or if we were staying late.

We apologize for your recent experience. Sadly some people do not follow the rules and remove our smoke detectors so they can smoke in the rooms when they are not allowed. When we discover that one is damaged or missing we do replace them immediately. Thank you for your brining it to our attention.

The window and doors didnt even lock the bathroom door wouldnt even stay shut. Too much to list really but the door and window were the worst part i couldnt even leave anything in my room. The place should be demolished to be fair.

To be completely honest, and fair. If certain guests would respect others property as if it were their own home things would not get damaged. When people come to a motel with the mindset that they can do whatever they want because it is not their place problems always arise. I seem to recall our manager asking you if everything was satisfactory with your room and you said yes it was fine. I remember your name. We do understand that there are some things that need to be fixed, and we work very diligently to address them. However when people leave the room in worse condition then when they arrived we tend to be less than accomodating to them when they complain. We have already addressed the concerns you have mentioned. Thank you for bringing them to our attention.

Typical dive Seaside Heights motel. Walls had spackling on them, Look like there might have been holes. Only one lock on the door knob, No extra security no Working dead bolt and no chain lock. Microwave was rust it inside and not working. Dish TV worked. Lady at desk puts up with a lot of crap from less desirable patrons, so be nice to her, she is doing her job. It's not her fault the condition of the property is not great. She provided clean towels. In this situation you get what you pay for $66 including taxes. I couldn't find any heat source, there was a air conditioner in the wall and it was covered with dirty dust. I had my own blankets but it was pretty cold. Bottom line, i had my dog n 2 birds with me and just needed quick cheap place.

Good price. But you get what you pay for. The facility is in major disrepair. The desk person was absolutely miserable. It seemed like the other guests were section 8 or previously homeless. This type of information should be made available to consumers prior to booking.

Guest privacy is paramount. Whther or not they are\were homeless or being sponsored by organizations to keep them warm and safe during the winter is beside the point. Judging others based upon assumptions is offensive and demeaning to everyone involved. It will not be tolerated, or accepted at any of our establishments.
