This place was a beautiful oasis in Point Pleasant - far enough from the boardwalk to be tranquil, yet totally walkable. It is clear the owners have thought of every way to make the experience relaxing feel like home. The pool was the perfect way to wind down after a long day at the beach. I would stay here over and over again.

My family and I had a very nice stay. Great location-right in a beautiful beach. Room was very clean and updated. The inn has been completely renovated. All new. The staff treated us like family. Will certainly return.

Can’t say enough good things about this property and the staff! Everything was super clean and freshly renovated! The pool was clean and warm. Traveled with 2 kids and stayed in the kitchenette suit and could not recommend it enough! 100% would stay again!

Jacky and Bob run a really nice boutique hotel. Everything was excellent from the room to the pool, to the beach bikes they have on the property. Beach is right across the street from the boutique hotel. We’ll definitely come back every single time to Oceana by the sea.

The hotel was outstanding as it was newly renovated. Super clean, extremely friendly staff and a great location. We met the owner in the lobby which was nice to see. He was very helpful with the area and restaurants. We will definitely stay there again when we are back in town.

Beautiful and brand new. Great place to stay. Had to keep air conditioning on a high temp or it blew on me on the left side of the bed, but not a biggie. Nicely decorated and super clean.

This place is quite the gem only one block from a private Point Pleasant beach and quick walk to the boardwalk. The owners Bob and Jackie treat every guest like family and our family loved our stay there. We even left behind a makeup bag which Jackie kindly mailed back to us in NYC. They even provide beach tags and top notch beach chairs to all their guests. Highly recommend Oceana to anyone looking for a great stay in the heart of Point Pleasant! We will be back soon!!

This is the best motel on the block. Beautiful decor in and out. Freshly painted rooms. Beachy themes. Motel owners and staff were welcoming and made our stay lovely. Comfy lounge area and pool side. Coffee freshly brewed in the morning. Pleasant chats with other patrons.

We had a wonderful stay at Oceana! The hotel was very clean and beautifully decorated, making it feel welcoming and relaxing from the moment we arrived. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always willing to answer our questions or assist with anything we needed. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the ocean without worrying about parking or long walks. Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!
