- house is very large and comfortable, central AC, well located down the street from the beach- kitchen was well supplied - an abundance of dishes, cookware and cleanng supplies- 2 full bathrooms but one on the first floor and not with the bedrooms- steep staircase to bedroom and living floor- I was in communication in advance with the hosts re: beach supplies. Since I had double knee replacement and couldn't bend down low it was suggested that I bring my own camping chair which I did. Since there was no beach umbrellas we rented one for 11/day.-This is a 3 bedroom house which can accomodate 6 people and ony 2 beach passes were provided. The host was unwilling to pay for the additional pass and umbrella rental-only 1 bath and beach towel for each room, no shower soap, 2 hangars per room -host said that guests usually bring their own; although she was aware that we were coming by train and this not indicated in advance-3 large TV's and an abundance of cleaning supplies in the bathrooms and kitchens -2 lamps didn't work- BBQ had no propane and thus not usableHost was available for communication and seemed surprised by our expectations.Such sharp inconsistencies with this rental.Host was available for communication but surpised by our requests and expectations.We are well traveledSignificant inconsistencies with this rental.
