Welcome to your Point Lonsdale escape, Sara by the sea, an original O'Dowd built beach house, recently refurbished. North facing, cosy and light-filled home designed for easy coastal living. A 400 metre walk to the Point Lonsdale front beach and with a generous outdoor space, there’s room for everyone to spread out while still coming together to enjoy time as a group.



The main living zone is warm and inviting, perfect for movie nights, games, or simply relaxing in front of the fire after a day exploring the coastline. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for effortless holiday meals, whether it’s a quick breakfast before the beach or a long, leisurely dinner with local produce and wine from the Bellarine.



Step outside and you’ll find one of the home’s standout features, a large yard with plenty of space for kids to play, kick a footy, or simply burn off energy after a day at the beach. It’s a relaxed, family-friendly setting that makes this property especially appealing for longer stays. Ideal for summer BBQs and relaxed afternoons in the sea breeze. It’s the kind of space where kids can play while adults unwind with a drink in hand.



The bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged to comfortably accommodate families or multiple couples, and the home offers the convenience of a well-appointed bathroom and a full laundry with extra vanity and toilet making longer stays just as easy as weekend escapes.
