  • This fabulous 4-bedroom home set amongst tea trees, offers a luxury seaside escape within walking distance to the surf beach. Listen to the sounds of the sea, while enjoying all this property has to offer.

    The main living area with open plan kitchen and dining, opens onto the stunning north facing outdoor entertainment area, complete with BBQ, outdoor fireplace & setting for 8. A secure yard with a lovely established garden adds to the peaceful atmosphere. The kitchen has every modern convenience you need, the perfect place to entertain guests. There is a separate reading room downstairs, to help unwind after a day at the beach. Comprising of 3 bedrooms downstairs, 2 of the bedrooms equipped with a king single and trundle bed in each, the 3rd downstairs bedroom has a queen bed plus ensuite. Firewood is supplied, for those chilly nights.

    Upstairs you will find the delightful parents retreat with a north facing Queen size bedroom with doors that open onto a sunny deck. A peaceful private lounge offers comfortable seating and a relaxed ambience to enjoy a good book or a quiet drink with friends. This luxurious home provides linen for all beds and WiFi is provided. There is a secure garage for a car or it can be converted to a table tennis room.

    This property is perfect for any time of year and well behaved pets are also welcome.
