Rooms as very large. Breakfast was either hit or miss with not much option. Had eggs and sausage. The only offered scrambled egg and can sausage. Passed for the rest of the stay. Area very safe and close to fresh fruits and fast food

The room was spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed the food especially buffet breakfast. And love the room service. What I would appreciate a hot meal available for late night room service. I got in around 1am and would have loved a soup or red bean rice with chicken. Otherwise everything was good

I booked this hotel because the Expedia listing advertised a 24-hour airport shuttle, which was essential since I was traveling internationally with my children. After booking, I was told there was no shuttle service and that I would have to find and pay for my own taxi. When I pointed out that the listing still advertised the shuttle, the owner admitted the information had not been updated since COVID but continued to justify it instead of correcting the listing. Advertising a service that is no longer provided is misleading and caused unnecessary stress while planning our trip. I had to cancel my reservation because I could no longer trust that the information in the listing was accurate. I hope the listing is updated so future travelers can make an informed decision.
